“I wrote this poem just yesterday, in honor of my Omilos-family” – Michael Kwaku Kesse Somuah

Poet Michael Kwaku Kesse Somuah from Ghana, member of our Literary Workshop, has met the work of Omilos and has travelled from Ghana especially to participate in our seminars and to visit Omilos.

Just yesterday (22/03/2014) he wrote a new poem in honor of Omilos, which you can read below:

A Song To Thee
to Omilos Eksipiretiton (Servers Society) with love

It began as a whisper
It was as a soft voice
that cuddled the limbs of a baby
It was desire
not of the tears of a widow
but that as rich as the fate of love.

It was wonder
in that spirited ecstasy of prayer and healing.
